  • Full-time, on-site role with parking available
  • Work closely with leadership and operational teams
  • Broad exposure across all areas of HR
  • Opportunity to step in and make an immediate impact
  • Supportive, collaborative team environment
The role
  • Provide end-to-end HR support across the site
  • Manage employee relations matters, including investigations and conflict resolution
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning
  • Provide guidance on performance management and disciplinary processes
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and enterprise agreements
  • Analyse HR data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
  • Support return-to-work programs and workplace health matters
  • Assist with policy development and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Work closely with managers to provide day-to-day HR advice and support
About the team This is a collaborative, on-site environment where management and administration work closely together. You will be embedded within the team, providing hands-on HR support and acting as a key point of contact for all people-related matters.

Requirements
  • 2–3 years’ experience in a HR Business Partner / Advisor role
  • Strong employee relations and generalist HR experience
  • Ability to manage a broad HR workload independently
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
