Leisure & Lifestyle Team Leader – Aged Care
 
$35–$40 per hour Super

🌟 The Opportunity
 
We’re seeking experienced Lifestyle Leaders to oversee lifestyle programs across a small portfolio of aged care homes. You’ll lead lifestyle staff, ensure compliance with the new Aged Care Quality Standards, and deliver meaningful, resident-focused activities that support physical, emotional, and social wellbeing.
 
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who understands the importance of empathy, collaboration, and engagement in aged care.
 
🧠 What You’ll Be Doing
 

• Lead and support lifestyle teams across one or more homes
• Design and deliver engaging, person-centred lifestyle programs
• Ensure programs align with current aged care standards
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, and care teams
• Foster inclusion, dignity, and choice in daily activities
• Support compliance, documentation, and continuous improvement

• Previous experience as a Leisure & Lifestyle Team Leader in aged care
• Strong understanding of current Aged Care Quality Standards
• Empathetic, collaborative, and resident-focused approach
• Confident leading teams and working across multiple stakeholders
• Organised, creative, and passionate about lifestyle engagement
• Certificate or Diploma in Aged Care or Leisure and Health, or a related field
• Full Time working rights
• Strong understanding of the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards and person-centred care=
