The Opportunity
We’re seeking an experienced Lifestyle Leader to oversee and lead lifestyle programs at a single residential aged care home. You’ll be responsible for guiding lifestyle staff, ensuring alignment with the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards, and delivering person-centred activities that support residents’ physical, emotional, and social wellbeing.
 
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who leads with empathy, creativity, and collaboration.
 
 What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and support the lifestyle team onsite
• Design and deliver engaging, person-centred lifestyle programs
• Ensure activities align with current aged care standards
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, and care teams
• Promote dignity, choice, and inclusion in daily activities
• Support documentation, compliance, and continuous improvement

• Must have previous experience as a Leisure & Lifestyle Co ordinator in aged care
• Strong understanding of the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards
• Empathetic, collaborative, and resident-focused leadership style
• Confident leading teams and engaging diverse stakeholders
• Creative, organised, and passionate about lifestyle engagement
• Certificate or Diploma in Leisure & Health, Aged Care, or related field
• Full Australian working rights
