Are you passionate about creating meaningful experiences and helping older Australians truly enjoy each day?
We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative Lifestyle Coordinator to join a warm and supportive aged care team in a permanent full-time, Monday to Friday position.
This is your opportunity to make a real difference by designing engaging programs that promote social connection, emotional wellbeing and personal fulfilment, all within a home where residents feel valued, supported and inspired.
About the Role
No two days are the same. You’ll be at the heart of resident engagement, building genuine relationships and creating vibrant programs that bring joy, purpose and connection.
On a typical day, you will:
• Build strong, meaningful relationships with residents and their families
• Design and deliver engaging lifestyle programs that support social, emotional and spiritual wellbeing
• Coordinate group activities both within the home and out in the community
• Set individual lifestyle goals and implement programs to help residents achieve them
• Collaborate closely with the clinical and care teams to ensure holistic support for each resident
About You
You’re a natural connector who thrives on seeing others happy and engaged. You bring energy, creativity and compassion to everything you do.
To be successful, you will:
• Have a genuine passion for building relationships and enriching residents’ lives
• Hold a Certificate IV in Lifestyle and Leisure (or equivalent)
• Be organised, proactive and confident in leading group activities
• Enjoy working as part of a collaborative, team-focused environment
