Lifestyle Coordinator (2IC) – Aged Care

We’re seeking an experienced and passionate Lifestyle Coordinator to step into a 2IC position within a well-established not-for-profit aged care provider in the Goulburn region.
Working closely with the Lifestyle Team Leader and allied health professionals, you’ll help design and deliver engaging, person-centred programs that enhance resident wellbeing, independence and quality of life.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys both hands-on engagement and stepping into leadership responsibilities when required.

The Opportunity You will play a key role in:

• Supporting the coordination of lifestyle programs
• Working alongside physiotherapists and clinical staff
• Promoting meaningful engagement for residents
• Assisting with documentation and compliance requirements
• Stepping into leadership duties as 2IC when needed

• $70,000 – $77,000 super

• Certificate IV in Leisure & Health (or equivalent)
