Lifestyle Coordinator | Leisure & Lifestyle Lead
$39.33 per hour Super NFP Salary Packaging

We are partnering with a well-established not-for-profit aged care provider to recruit an experienced Lifestyle Coordinator for a residential home. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys leading from the front, creating engaging programs, and making a genuine impact on resident wellbeing.

• Lead and coordinate the Lifestyle program across the home
• Plan and deliver engaging, resident-centred activities
• Manage all program allocation and scheduling
• Support residents’ social, emotional, and physical wellbeing
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and families
• Work closely with the care and clinical teams
• Ensure programs meet quality and compliance standards

• Certificate IV in Leisure & Lifestyle (essential)
• Previous experience in aged care lifestyle programs (essential)
• Experience coordinating or leading programs
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Passion for improving resident quality of life
