Lifestyle Coordinator | Team Leader | Residential Aged Care
$38.74 per hour Super

We are partnering with a modern residential aged care provider to recruit an experienced Lifestyle Coordinator. This is an opportunity to lead a well-established lifestyle team while designing and delivering engaging programs that enhance residents' wellbeing, independence, and quality of life.

- Work closely with residents, families and the broader care team
- Monitor and evaluate lifestyle programs to ensure quality outcomes
You will have the autonomy to introduce new ideas and initiatives while being supported by an experienced leadership team committed to delivering exceptional resident experiences.
About you
- Relevant qualification in Lifestyle, Leisure, Health or similar (essential)
- Previous experience within aged care or a similar environment
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing a team
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Passion for creating meaningful resident experiences
- Energetic, positive and engaging leadership style
- Full Australian working rights
