Lifestyle Coordinator | Team Leader | Residential Aged Care
$38.74 per hour Super

Step into a leadership role where you can create meaningful experiences, lead a passionate team, and help residents live life to the fullest within a premium aged care environment.
We are partnering with a modern residential aged care provider to recruit an experienced Lifestyle Coordinator. This is an opportunity to lead a well-established lifestyle team while designing and delivering engaging programs that enhance residents' wellbeing, independence, and quality of life.

The role
  • Design, coordinate and deliver engaging lifestyle programs
  • Lead and motivate a team of lifestyle staff
  • Organise activities, events, entertainment and community engagement programs
  • Coordinate bus outings, exercise classes, social activities and special events
  • Ensure programs are tailored to resident interests and wellbeing goals
  • Work closely with residents, families and the broader care team
  • Monitor and evaluate lifestyle programs to ensure quality outcomes
Support and leadershipThis is a genuine leadership role where you will oversee a team of Recreational Officers, Activity Nurses and support staff while driving a culture of engagement, fun and resident-centred care.
You will have the autonomy to introduce new ideas and initiatives while being supported by an experienced leadership team committed to delivering exceptional resident experiences.

About you
  • Relevant qualification in Lifestyle, Leisure, Health or similar (essential)
  • Previous experience within aged care or a similar environment
  • Demonstrated experience leading and developing a team
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Passion for creating meaningful resident experiences
  • Energetic, positive and engaging leadership style
  • Full Australian working rights
