We are partnering with a well-established not-for-profit aged care provider to recruit a Lifestyle Coordinator for a residential home in Sydney. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a lifestyle program, leading a team while delivering engaging, person-centred activities that support resident wellbeing.
This role will suit someone who enjoys leading from the front—bringing energy, structure, and creativity while ensuring programs are purposeful, compliant, and aligned to individual needs.

- Monitor, evaluate and improve program effectiveness
- Support accreditation and compliance requirements
- Conduct assessments and contribute to care planning
This is a home with a supportive leadership team and strong values around person-centred care.
You will work closely with the broader multidisciplinary team to ensure lifestyle programs are meaningful, well-structured, and tailored to each resident. The organisation places strong emphasis on staff development, recognition, and creating a positive workplace culture.
Requirements
- Certificate IV or Diploma in Leisure & Lifestyle
- Experience in a Lifestyle / Leisure role (aged care desirable)
- Passion for delivering meaningful, resident-focused programs
- Experience leading or supporting a team
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to complete assessments and contribute to care plans
