Leisure & Lifestyle Coordinator
A large, well-established Aged Care Provider, a short drive from Parramatta is seeking an experienced Leisure & Lifestyle professional to join a large Retirement Living Village.
With more than 100 residents, the community has an established lifestyle program however there is always room for improvement! This is an opportunity to take ownership of the program while working closely with the Village Manager and wider care team.

About the Role
As the Lifestyle Coordinator, you will lead the lifestyle program, oversee activities and ensure residents have access to meaningful activities that reflect their individual interests, needs and preferences.
This role combines professional independence, lifestyle program development, resident engagement and compliance within a well-run aged care environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and coordinate meaningful lifestyle programs for residents.
- Engage with residents to understand their interests, preferences and individual needs.
- Build strong relationships with residents, families and the wider care team.
- Ensure lifestyle documentation and programs align with the Aged Care Quality Standards.
- Support continuous improvement across lifestyle services and resident engagement.
- Collaborate with the Village Manager and clinical team to support positive resident outcomes.
You are an empathetic, organised and resident-focused professional who genuinely enjoys creating meaningful experiences for older people.
You will also bring:
- Certificate IV in Leisure & Health.
- Previous experience in a Leisure & Lifestyle role within Aged Care.
- A sound understanding of the new Aged Care Quality Standards.
- Confidence working independently and taking initiative of your own work.
- A collaborative approach to working with residents, families and multidisciplinary teams.
- Availability to commence as soon as possible.

- Salary up to $40.32 per hour + Super, depending on experience.
