We are partnering with a well-established not-for-profit aged care provider to recruit a Lifestyle Coordinator. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Lifestyle Officer, Assistant, or Coordinator looking to take the next step in their career and lead engaging programs that enhance resident wellbeing.

- Coordinate and oversee the Lifestyle program across the home
- Plan and allocate activities that support resident wellbeing
- Lead and support Lifestyle Officers and Assistants
- Organise group activities, events, outings and celebrations
- Ensure programs are person-centred and tailored to resident needs
- Complete assessments, documentation and care planning requirements
- Work closely with the Facility Manager and care teams
- Support compliance with aged care standards and lifestyle requirements
This role would suit an experienced Lifestyle Coordinator, or a strong Lifestyle Officer/Assistant with relevant qualifications and around 12 months of aged care experience looking to progress into a leadership role.
About you
- Certificate IV in Leisure & Health, or Cert in Diversional Therapy, or equivalent (essential)
- Previous experience within aged care (essential)
- Experience coordinating or delivering lifestyle programs
- Leadership experience or a desire to step into leadership
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Passion for improving quality of life for older Australians
- Full Australian working rights
