A well-established residential aged care home is seeking an enthusiastic and creative Lifestyle Coordinator to lead its lifestyle and wellbeing program.

About the Role
As the Lifestyle Coordinator, you will lead the planning and delivery of engaging lifestyle, recreation and wellbeing programs for residents.

This role combines program development, resident engagement, team coordination and documentation, while working closely with residents, families, care teams and volunteers.

This is a non-clinical role focused on resident wellbeing, engagement and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the home's lifestyle and wellbeing program
• Develop activities around residents' interests, abilities and preferences
• Create individual and group activities that encourage connection and purpose
• Support and coordinate lifestyle staff and volunteers
• Build strong relationships with residents, families and the wider community
• Maintain lifestyle assessments, care plans and relevant documentation
• Work collaboratively with care and clinical teams to support resident wellbeing
• Review programs regularly and introduce new ideas based on resident feedback

• Previous experience in a Lifestyle Coordinator or similar aged care role
• Experience working within residential aged care
• Relevant qualification in leisure, lifestyle, diversional therapy or similar
• Experience developing and coordinating resident lifestyle programs
• Confidence coordinating lifestyle staff, volunteers and activities
• Current Police Check or willingness to obtain one
