Lifestyle Manager
- Excellent salary package of $43 – $50/hr Super Salary Packaging.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and creative Lifestyle professional to step into a leadership role where you can genuinely make an impact. As the Lifestyle Manager, you will oversee the delivery of engaging and meaningful lifestyle programs that enhance residents’ physical, emotional, social, and cultural wellbeing.
Working closely with the CEO and broader leadership team, you will lead a team of staff and volunteers, fostering a positive, inclusive, and resident-centred culture throughout the home.
The organisation is seeking someone with strong interpersonal and leadership skills who can bring fresh ideas, trial innovative approaches to lifestyle programming, and create meaningful engagement opportunities for residents and families.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of Lifestyle staff and volunteers to deliver high-quality resident programs and experiences.
- Develop and implement creative lifestyle and wellbeing initiatives tailored to residents’ individual interests, backgrounds, and needs.
- Contribute to budgeting, reporting and profit and loss analysis, while providing regular updates directly to the CEO.
- Manage and coordinate digital communications and marketing initiatives, including:
- Updating social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram
- Coordinating quarterly newsletters
- Managing monthly communications through Mailchimp
- Promoting activities through in-house digital rotating boards
- Support ongoing compliance, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives relating to lifestyle services.
- Certificate IV in Leisure and Lifestyle (or equivalent qualification).
- Previous experience within a Lifestyle leadership role in aged care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships across residents, families, staff, and the wider community.
- Creative, proactive, and flexible approach to lifestyle programming and resident engagement.
- Strong digital literacy and confidence using social media, newsletters and communication platforms.
- Passionate about improving the lives of older people through meaningful engagement and person-centred care.
