Lifestyle & Wellbeing Coordinator

As the Lifestyle & Wellbeing Coordinator, you’ll design, plan, and deliver engaging programs that support residents’ physical, emotional, social, and cognitive wellbeing. You’ll lead and motivate a team of Lifestyle Assistants and volunteers, helping them grow while building a fun, inclusive environment for residents.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Developing creative, person-centred lifestyle programs and activities
- Building strong relationships with residents and families to tailor meaningful experiences
- Leading, coaching, and supporting Lifestyle Assistants and volunteers
- Partnering with clinical and care teams to align programs with support needs
- Planning and coordinating events, themed days, and community activities
- Monitoring engagement and documenting outcomes to enhance program quality
- Certificate IV in Leisure & Lifestyle (or equivalent)
- Experience in aged care lifestyle, activities, recreation, or similar roles
- Strong communication, leadership, and organisational abilities
- A positive, compassionate, and resident-centred approach
- Creativity, initiative, and a commitment to delivering purposeful experiences
