A leading not-for-profit aged care provider is seeking experienced Maintenance Officers to join their team across Sydney's Eastern Suburbs.

Supporting both Residential Aged Care and Retirement Living communities, you'll play an important role in ensuring residents enjoy a safe, comfortable and well-maintained environment every day.
The OpportunityWorking across aged care and retirement living services, you will be responsible for a mix of preventative maintenance, reactive repairs, grounds maintenance and general site upkeep.
This is a diverse role that will see you interacting with residents, staff and contractors while helping maintain facilities to a high standard.

- Complete preventative maintenance tasks in line with scheduled programs
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Maintain outdoor areas including gardening and grounds upkeep
- Monitor maintenance works to ensure compliance and safety standards are met
- Contribute to a safe working environment through strong WHS practices
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Previous experience in a maintenance, handyman or trade-based role
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
- Basic computer skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience within aged care, retirement living, healthcare or facilities maintenance will be highly regarded
