N4 Remote Area Nurse - $104 Penalties

E4 People are currently sourcing qualified Remote Area Nurses to support the Northern Territory. This busy and rewarding role is offered on a FIFO, contract, work-life balance basis.  This role attracts an hourly rate of $104 Per/ hour call out and on call penalties, which are very lucrative.

E4 People and NT Governments FIFO arrangement consists of contracts from 4-12 weeks on. How many weeks off? That is your decision? Free Flights/transport/accommodation to and from the community are included in your contract package. These vacancies will be  clinic hours - Monday - Friday and weekends on-call.

This role is ideally suited to someone who enjoys and has previous experience working in remote locations, ideally Top End of Australia (WA, NT or QLD). You will have a firm yet caring nature and be a hands-on person who is always willing to jump in and support the team when required.

About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring:

• Current Registered Nurse qualification and AHPRA registration.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a remote community, emergency, or Indigenous health setting (MEC/REC/ALS certification preferred).
• Strong clinical skills with the ability to work both autonomously and in a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport across diverse communities.
• A genuine commitment to delivering culturally safe, respectful, and community-focused healthcare.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel regularly to remote communities.
