A unique opportunity is available for an experienced National Quality Manager - Aged Care to take a senior leadership position within an established and actively growing, values-led aged care provider with services across Australia!

The Role
As National Quality Manager - Aged Care, you’ll provide strategic and operational leadership across quality, compliance, risk and clinical governance.

You’ll work closely with senior leaders and individual Homes to strengthen systems, support regulatory readiness, identify emerging risks and drive measurable improvements in care and service delivery.

This is a highly influential role suited to an experienced aged care quality professional who enjoys being hands-on, analytical and collaborative, with the opportunity to shape quality practices across a growing national organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead national quality, compliance and clinical governance, ensuring strong regulatory readiness, accreditation and re-registration.
  • Oversee incidents, complaints, risk and corrective actions, identifying trends and emerging risks through quality and clinical data.
  • Support Homes through audits, investigations and regulatory responses, providing practical guidance where required.
  • Partner with operational and clinical leaders to strengthen quality systems, policies and processes and improve resident outcomes.
  • Provide clear quality, risk and compliance reporting to senior leadership, supporting informed decision-making.
  • Build capability and drive a culture of accountability, safety and continuous improvement through coaching and practical support.
About You
  • Current AHPRA Registered Nurse with 5+ years’ relevant aged care experience.
  • Strong background in quality, compliance and clinical governance within residential aged care.
  • Sound knowledge of the Aged Care Act, Aged Care Quality Standards and ACQSC requirements, with experience across audits, accreditation and regulatory responses.
  • Strong understanding of incident management, complaints, risk and continuous improvement, with the ability to analyse data and identify emerging trends.
  • Experience developing and implementing quality systems, policies and processes that support safe, compliant and person-centred care.
  • Ability to travel interstate.
