Description

We’re seeking a hands-on, operationally strong NDIS Manager to take ownership of a Specialist Disability Accommodation service supporting people with high and complex needs.
 
This is a leadership role where you’ll step into a fast-paced, 24/7 care environment and drive service quality, team performance, and operational excellence from day one.
 
You’ll lead a multidisciplinary team, strengthen culture, and ensure residents receive safe, consistent, and person-centred support in line with NDIS and quality frameworks.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Oversee day-to-day operations of SDA accommodation services
• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team including RNs, Disability Support Workers, Allied Health staff, and Hospitality teams
• Build a strong, positive, and accountable team culture
• Ensure compliance with NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission and relevant legislation
• Manage rostering, workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance
• Oversee budgets, KPIs, and operational performance outcomes
• Work closely with families, allied health providers, and external stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement in service delivery and resident outcomes
• Support residents to live safely, independently, and with dignity

• Strong experience in disability services, supported accommodation, or complex care environments
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in a hands-on operational role
• Experience in workforce planning, rostering, and day-to-day service management
• Strong understanding of NDIS frameworks and regulated service delivery
• Budgeting and KPI accountability experience
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• A practical, solutions-focused leadership style with the ability to “get things done”
• Current driver’s licence, NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, and proof of vaccination.
