Description
We’re seeking a hands-on, operationally strong NDIS Manager to take ownership of a Specialist Disability Accommodation service supporting people with high and complex needs.
This is a leadership role where you’ll step into a fast-paced, 24/7 care environment and drive service quality, team performance, and operational excellence from day one.
You’ll lead a multidisciplinary team, strengthen culture, and ensure residents receive safe, consistent, and person-centred support in line with NDIS and quality frameworks.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversee day-to-day operations of SDA accommodation services
- Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team including RNs, Disability Support Workers, Allied Health staff, and Hospitality teams
- Build a strong, positive, and accountable team culture
- Ensure compliance with NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission and relevant legislation
- Manage rostering, workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance
- Oversee budgets, KPIs, and operational performance outcomes
- Work closely with families, allied health providers, and external stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement in service delivery and resident outcomes
- Support residents to live safely, independently, and with dignity
What We’re Looking For
You are a confident operational leader who can step into complexity, bring structure, and lead from the front.
You will bring:
- Strong experience in disability services, supported accommodation, or complex care environments
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in a hands-on operational role
- Experience in workforce planning, rostering, and day-to-day service management
- Strong understanding of NDIS frameworks and regulated service delivery
- Budgeting and KPI accountability experience
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- A practical, solutions-focused leadership style with the ability to “get things done”
- Current driver’s licence, NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, and proof of vaccination.
