We're seeking a hands-on, operationally strong NDIS Manager to lead a Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) service supporting people with high and complex needs.
This is an opportunity for an experienced leader who enjoys taking ownership, building high-performing teams, and driving operational excellence in a fast-paced, 24/7 care environment. You'll play a key role in strengthening culture, improving service quality, and ensuring residents receive safe, person-centred support that enables them to live with dignity and independence.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Operations Manager – SDA, you'll oversee the day-to-day operation of the service while leading a multidisciplinary team across nursing, disability support, allied health and hospitality.
You'll be responsible for:
- Leading the daily operations of the SDA service
- Developing and supporting a multidisciplinary team including RNs, Disability Support Workers, Allied Health and Hospitality staff
- Building a positive, accountable and high-performing team culture
- Ensuring compliance with NDIS Quality & Safeguards Commission requirements and relevant legislation
- Managing workforce planning, rostering, recruitment, onboarding and performance
- Overseeing operational budgets, KPIs and service outcomes
- Building strong relationships with residents, families and external stakeholders
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives across quality and service delivery
- Supporting residents to achieve the best possible quality of life
About You
You're an experienced operational leader who enjoys solving problems, leading from the front and creating high-quality services.
You'll bring:
- Experience leading disability services, supported accommodation or complex care environments
- Proven success managing multidisciplinary teams
- Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent) as a minimum
- Experience managing rostering, workforce planning and service operations
- Strong understanding of the NDIS and regulated service delivery
- Experience managing budgets and operational KPIs
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A practical, solutions-focused leadership style
- Current Driver's Licence, NDIS Worker Screening Clearance and required vaccinations
