Our client is a reputable multidisciplinary allied health provider supporting NDIS participants and families across Queensland, with a strong focus on community-driven outcomes and practical, client-centred therapy.
The team has recently moved into a brand new two-storey clinic in Nambour, providing clinicians with significantly more space and dedicated therapy resources, including a sensory gym.

This role would suit an OT looking for the resources of a brand new clinic while still having access to community-based practice and a broader multidisciplinary team.
You will have access to:

- Salaries from $85,000 to $115,000 + super

- Strong referral demand across NDIS and community-based services
- Group mentoring and clinical support
- Leadership development and potential progression into mentoring or Team Leader responsibilities as services expand
- Opportunities to develop alongside a growing allied health service
This is an Occupational Therapist position supporting a primarily paediatric caseload, with broader lifespan work available across the service.
Your week may include:
- Clinic-based sessions from the new Nambour site
- Access to a dedicated sensory gym and expanded therapy spaces
- Supporting NDIS participants with neurodiverse, neurological and sensory needs
- Home, school and community visits alongside clinic-based appointments
- Telehealth where appropriate
- Working alongside Speech Pathology, Psychology, Physiotherapy and AHA colleagues
- Access to pool cars for community visits
- Support from an Occupational Therapy Team Leader, multidisciplinary clinicians, AHAs and dedicated administration staff
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- Current AHPRA registration
- Current right to work in Australia
- Current Working with Children Check
- Driver’s licence suitable for community-based work
