Our client is a well-established paediatric allied health provider in Mount Gravatt, supporting children and families across clinic, school, kindy, home and community settings.
This is a great opportunity for an Occupational Therapist who wants a genuine paediatric OT role with variety, flexibility and strong clinical support.

Your Role: You will support a fully paediatric caseload across the Mount Gravatt clinic and community settings. Your week may include therapy across: clinic, school, kindergartens, homes, community settings and online therapy where appropriate. You’ll support children and families with practical, strengths-based therapy focused on helping children live, learn, play, communicate and participate in everyday life.
Support & Development: You’ll be joining a paediatric team with solid supervision and development structures in place. New graduate OTs receive weekly 1:1 supervision, usually around 1 hour per week. More experienced clinicians can also start with weekly supervision before stepping back to fortnightly once settled.
You’ll also have access to:
- Weekly group OT supervision
- Regular senior OT support

- A structured 10-month graduate program
- Annual January PD week

- MDT learning across OT, Speech Pathology and other allied health disciplines
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- Full AHPRA registration
- Interest or experience in paediatric Occupational Therapy
- Comfortable working across clinic, school and community settings
- Driver’s licence and access to a car
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
