Description

  • Choose your preferred caseload across paediatric, adult or mixed participants
  • Hybrid flexibility with community work, WFH and autonomy over your schedule
  • $85K–$115K Super, PD allowance, mentoring and career progression pathways
Opportunity within a multidisciplinary allied health provider delivering community-based therapy across Western Sydney and surrounding regions. This hybrid role offers the flexibility to choose your preferred caseload across paediatric, adult or mixed participants while being supported by an experienced and collaborative clinical team.

Whether you’re looking to further develop your clinical skills, step into leadership responsibilities or gain more flexibility and autonomy in your work, this role offers strong support, career progression and genuine work-life balance.

What’s On Offer
  • $85,000 – $115,000 Super incentives
  • Hybrid working model with community, WFH and clinic-based work
  • Choose your preferred caseload – paediatric, adult or mixed
  • Weekly mentoring, supervision and structured onboarding
  • $1,500 annual PD allowance paid PD leave

The Role
  • Deliver community-based Occupational Therapy services across Western Sydney
  • Complete Functional Capacity Assessments and clinical assessments
  • Provide Home Modifications and Assistive Technology recommendations
  • Deliver ongoing therapy and intervention programs
  • Support participants to improve independence and achieve meaningful goals
  • Collaborate within a multidisciplinary allied health team
  • Mentor junior clinicians and contribute to internal learning initiatives
About The Team

You’ll be joining a collaborative team of:
  • Occupational Therapists
  • Physiotherapists
  • Speech Pathologists
  • Allied Health Assistants
The organisation has built a strong reputation within the NDIS space through its supportive culture, strong clinical development pathways and commitment to delivering high-quality participant outcomes.

About You
  • AHPRA registered Occupational Therapist
  • Community, disability or NDIS experience highly regarded
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Passionate about participant-centred care and clinical development
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, WWCC and Police Check
