With a team of more than 30 clinicians and support staff, this clinic have built a collaborative service bringing together Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, Counsellors and other disciplines under one roof.
Their vision extends well beyond traditional therapy delivery. The clinic is known for supporting children with complex developmental needs through a collaborative multidisciplinary model focused on functional outcomes, parent coaching and high-quality clinical reasoning.. As referral pathways continue to diversify through schools, medical practitioners and community services, they are building an integrated healthcare model that supports children with a range of complex needs.
About the Role
This is a Paediatric Occupational Therapist position working primarily from a purpose-built clinic with limited community visits where appropriate.
Your role will include:
- Supporting children with complex developmental concerns and disability
- Functional assessments, ADL assessment and task analysis
- Parent coaching and education
- Collaborative goal setting and multidisciplinary intervention planning
- Working alongside Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, Behaviour Support, Psychologists, Counsellors and Paediatricians
- Referring appropriately across disciplines while working within professional scope
- Contributing to clinical quality, mentoring and capability building within the OT team
- Full-time position with ability to also across a flexible four-day working week
- Maximum of 25 face-to-face clinical hours, with protected non-clinical time for leadership, professional development, research and community engagement

- Bachelor of Occupational Therapy with current AHPRA registration
- Minimum 3-4 years' experience as an Occupational Therapist, ideally within paediatrics
- Experience supporting children with complex developmental presentations and disability
- Experience completing functional assessments, ADL assessments and parent coaching
- Current Working with Children Check
- Full Australian working rights
- $120,000 to $145,000 + Super, based on experience and clinical capability.
