heart-circle-plus-regular   Whats on Offer:

Description

Our client is an established Occupational Therapy provider that has supported children, adolescents and young adults for more than 18 years. Operating as an OT-led practice, the team has built a strong reputation across paediatric, neurorehabilitation and disability services.

You will be joining a growing team of approximately 15 Occupational Therapists supported by dedicated clinical leadership, internal supervisors and structured learning opportunities. The practice is known for its strong systems, long-standing referral relationships and commitment to developing clinicians throughout their careers.

About the Role

This role would suit an Occupational Therapist looking to develop their skills across a broad paediatric and neuro-focused caseload within a supportive team environment.

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Supporting clients aged 0 to 25 years
  • Paediatric Occupational Therapy interventions across developmental, disability and functional goals
  • Brain injury and neurological rehabilitation opportunities for clinicians with an interest in neuro practice
  • Individual therapy and opportunities to contribute to group programs, including feeding and skills-based programs
  • Ongoing support from dedicated clinical supervisors and senior clinicians
Why this role
  • Strong referral demand across paediatric, disability and neuro services
  • Dedicated clinical leadership structure with experienced OT supervisors
  • Regular 1:1 and group supervision built into the role
  • Weekly learning and development sessions, including self-directed and team-based learning
  • Internal career progression opportunities into supervision and leadership pathways
  • Balanced KPI expectations focused on quality outcomes rather than volume
  • Caseloads carefully managed to avoid clinician overload
  • Opportunity to develop skills in paediatrics, neurorehabilitation, complex assessments and group programs
  • Join a team with strong staff retention and long-term career pathways
  • Exposure to an established practice with proven systems, processes and clinical governance
About You
  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • Current AHPRA registration or eligibility for registration
  • Minimum 1 year of Occupational Therapy experience, or a strong new graduate seeking structured support
  • Current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain one
  • Current driver's licence and ability to travel as required
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia
Salary & Benefits
  • Salary of $90,000 - $115,000 Super
  • Structured clinical supervision and mentoring
  • Weekly learning and development program
  • Internal clinical leadership support
  • Career progression opportunities into senior and supervisory pathways
  • Balanced caseload expectations
  • Established systems and resources to support clinical practice
This is an opportunity to join a well-established Occupational Therapy team where clinical support, supervision and professional growth are genuinely embedded into the service model.

Whether you are early in your career or looking to further develop your paediatric and neuro expertise, you will be joining a team that values learning, collaboration and long-term career development.
