Description

Our client is an established multidisciplinary allied health provider delivering clinic and community-based services across Sydney. Their team includes experienced Occupational Therapists and Speech Pathologists working collaboratively to support clients across the lifespan through evidence-based, person-centred care.

Based in a modern clinic, the practice combines clinic appointments with local mobile services, allowing clinicians to build meaningful relationships with clients while keeping travel practical and well planned. With strong referral demand across multiple funding streams, you'll join a growing team focused on clinical quality, collaboration and ongoing professional development.

About the role

This is an opportunity for an experienced Occupational Therapist to manage a mixed ages caseload across both clinic and community settings.

Your role will include:

  • Mixed caseload from paediatric through to older adults
  • Clients funded through NDIS, Workers Compensation, Home Care Packages and private services
  • Approximately 50% clinic-based and 50% mobile appointments
  • Mobile appointments allocated locally, generally within 5km of the clinic or your home
  • Full-time preferred, with part-time considered for the right clinician
  • Opportunity to work over the wekends if that's also preferred

About You
  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Current AHPRA registration
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as an Occupational Therapist
  • Ability to provide therapy in Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean or another Asian language will be highly regarded due to the needs of the local community.
  • Current Australian driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia
Salary & Benefits
  • Salary from $90,000 - $120,000 Super
  • Weekly or fortnightly clinical supervision
  • Structured clinical support from experienced senior clinicians
  • Hybrid clinic and community workload
  • Flexible full-time or part-time employment
  • Additional bonus scheme in place for those seeking weekend work
