Description

This is a well-established multidisciplinary allied health provider supporting NDIS participants across Western Sydney. With a team of more than 40 clinicians including Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists and Behaviour Support Practitioners, they have built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality community-based therapy while providing genuine clinical support and career development.

The service operates within a community and hybrid model, giving clinicians the flexibility to work from home while remaining connected to an experienced leadership and clinical support team. Collaboration is encouraged, with regular access to senior clinicians, principals and multidisciplinary colleagues.

About the Role

This is a Senior Occupational Therapist position supporting NDIS participants across Western Sydney, with referrals limited to a radius around your home.

Your role will include:

  • Community-based Occupational Therapy across a diverse NDIS caseload across the lifespan
  • Hybrid working with the flexibility to work from home when not seeing participants
  • Focus on work/life balance with no more than 25 billable hours per week
  • Community based appointments grouped together wherever possible
  • Weekly support from senior clinical staff and principals
  • Opportunity to step into a leadership positionas you progress

About You
  • Bachelor of Occupational Therapy
  • Current AHPRA registration
  • Experience working within the NDIS
  • Current Australian driver's licence and access to a vehicle
  • Unrestricted Australian working rights
Salary & Benefits
  • $95,000 to $125,000 + Super
  • Car allowance
