Description
Our client is a growing multidisciplinary allied health provider based in North Brisbane, supporting clients across Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Psychology, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Dietetics, Social Work, Counselling and Positive Behaviour Support.
The team has grown significantly over the past two years and has built a strong internal OT structure, including experienced Occupational Therapists and OT Team Leads. Their model is centred around clinician support, professional development, supervision, internal progression and balanced KPI expectations.
About the Role:
This is an Occupational Therapist role supporting a primarily NDIS caseload across the lifespan. Your week may include:
- Functional Capacity Assessments and ongoing therapy
- Supporting NDIS participants across home, clinic, community and telehealth settings
- Working with clients across North Brisbane and surrounding areas
- Collaborating with a broader multidisciplinary team across OT, Speech, Behaviour Support, Psychology, Physio and other allied health disciplines
- Building a caseload aligned to local referral demand and your clinical capability
- Accessing internal supervision, team lead support and external supervision where needed
- Working within a model where expectations are gradually built as your caseload develops

- A growing OT team of approximately 17 Occupational Therapists
- Four OT Team Leads, with strong internal progression pathways
- Balanced KPI expectations, with targets that build gradually as your caseload grows
- 4 billable hours per day!
- PD allowance of $4,000 to $5,000 per year
- Paid professional memberships and insurance
- Laptop and phone provided
- Three vehicle options, including vehicle allowance, company car or novated lease
- Vehicle allowance worth $20,000 EVERY YEAR on top of your salary
- Bonus scheme linked to performance above target
- Community, clinic and telehealth service delivery
- Multidisciplinary support across Behaviour Support, Speech, Psychology, Physio, EP, Dietetics, Social Work and Counselling
- Exposure to a growing provider with planned hub-based expansion across Queensland
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- Current AHPRA registration
- Experience or interest in NDIS Occupational Therapy
- Comfortable working across community, clinic and telehealth settings
- Driver’s licence
- Current working rights in Australia
