Our client is a large, well-established allied health organisation delivering NDIS-funded supports across Australia, with a strong national footprint and more than 40 hubs across metro and regional locations.
The Darra hub supports NDIS participants through a community-based therapy model focused on real-world outcomes, inclusion and removing barriers to participation. The team works within the social model of disability, supporting people to build capacity and participate more fully in everyday life.
You will be joining a multidisciplinary environment with access to Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, Positive Behaviour Support practitioners, Developmental Educators and Early Childhood supports, depending on the local team structure.
About the Role
This is a community Occupational Therapist role supporting NDIS participants across a mixed lifespan caseload.
Your week may include:
- Functional capacity assessments and therapy planning
- Supporting participants across home, school, childcare, workplace and community settings
- Working with children, adolescents and adults, depending on hub demand and your clinical interests
- Capacity-building therapy focused on independence, participation and practical everyday goals
- Collaboration with families, support networks, educators and other allied health clinicians
- Community-based travel from the Darra hub across the local service area
- Structured onboarding, supervision and access to clinical guidance
- Full-time role with flexible working arrangements available, depending on hub needs

- Earn up to $112,000 super, tailored to experience
