heart-circle-plus-regular   Whats on Offer:

Description

Our client is a large, well-established allied health organisation delivering NDIS-funded supports across Australia, with a strong national footprint and more than 40 hubs across metro and regional locations.

The Darra hub supports NDIS participants through a community-based therapy model focused on real-world outcomes, inclusion and removing barriers to participation. The team works within the social model of disability, supporting people to build capacity and participate more fully in everyday life.

You will be joining a multidisciplinary environment with access to Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, Positive Behaviour Support practitioners, Developmental Educators and Early Childhood supports, depending on the local team structure.

About the Role

This is a community Occupational Therapist role supporting NDIS participants across a mixed lifespan caseload.

Your week may include:

  • Functional capacity assessments and therapy planning
  • Supporting participants across home, school, childcare, workplace and community settings
  • Working with children, adolescents and adults, depending on hub demand and your clinical interests
  • Capacity-building therapy focused on independence, participation and practical everyday goals
  • Collaboration with families, support networks, educators and other allied health clinicians
  • Community-based travel from the Darra hub across the local service area
  • Structured onboarding, supervision and access to clinical guidance
  • Full-time role with flexible working arrangements available, depending on hub needs
The role is best suited to an OT who enjoys community-based work and wants their therapy to translate into practical outcomes for participants and families.

Why this Role:

This role would suit an Occupational Therapist who wants a strong NDIS caseload with national support, clear development pathways and a genuinely values-led model of care.

You will have access to:
  • Salary up to $112,000 super, based on experience
  • Established national provider with 40 hubs across Australia
  • Community-based NDIS caseload with a functional, participation-focused approach
  • Social model of disability, focused on inclusion and capacity building
  • Multidisciplinary team structure with hub-based peer support
  • Structured onboarding and development pathways
  • Clinical leadership and supervision support
  • Internal training and professional development support
  • Career progression into senior, mentoring or leadership pathways over time
  • Flexible working arrangements, depending on role and hub requirements
  • National mobility and relocation opportunities across the hub network
  • Wellbeing supports and EAP
  • Paid parental leave, purchase leave and purpose leave options
  • Technology and tools provided for work, role dependent
About You:
  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • Current AHPRA registration
  • Experience or interest in community-based NDIS Occupational Therapy
  • Comfortable supporting participants across homes, schools, workplaces and community settings
  • Driver’s licence and access to a car
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia
Salary & Benefits:
  • Earn up to $112,000  super, tailored to experience
  • Professional development support and funding, conditions apply
  • Flexible working arrangements, role and hub dependent
  • Paid parental leave
  • Purchase leave option
  • Purpose leave options
  • Wellbeing supports and EAP
  • Discounts and benefits program
  • National mobility and relocation opportunities across hubs
  • Technology and tools provided for work, role dependent
  • Structured onboarding, supervision and internal training pathways
What’s on Offer:

If you are looking for a community OT role where your work has a clear link to participation, independence and meaningful everyday outcomes, this is worth a conversation.

You will be joining a large multidisciplinary provider with the structure, supervision and career pathways to support your growth, while still working closely with participants in their natural environments.

About E4 People:

E4 People has been a specialist healthcare recruitment partner since 2012. Over the past decade, we have built deep relationships across allied health, aged care and hospital settings throughout Australia.

When you work with us, you get more than a single job opening. You get a recruiter who understands the sector, knows the leadership teams, and can talk honestly about culture, career pathways and where your skills will be valued.

What this looks like in practice:
  • A dedicated consultant who works with you on your career, not just this role
  • Honest market insight on salary, growth and where the sector is moving
  • Discreet, professional handling at every stage
  • We do not share your details without permission
  • Ongoing support post-placement, because the right fit matters longer than the offer date
If this sounds like the right environment for the next stage of your clinical career, we would love to hear from you.
