Our client is a growing paediatric allied health provider supporting children and families through a clinic-based service model. Working within a neurodiversity-affirming and strengths-based framework, the team focuses on helping children build meaningful skills across play, participation, self-care, learning and everyday life.
You will join a multidisciplinary team of Occupational Therapists and Speech Pathologists who value collaboration, clinical excellence and ongoing professional development. About the role
This is a clinic-based paediatric Occupational Therapist position supporting children across all stages of development.
- Clinic-based service delivery with no travel required
- Purpose-built therapy environment with your own therapy room and computer
- Opportunities for joint sessions and multidisciplinary collaboration with Speech Pathologists
- Weekly case conferences, including discipline-specific and multidisciplinary learning
- Scheduled administration time built into your week for planning, resource development and professional growth

- Weekly 1:1 supervision with a dedicated Clinical Supervisor
- Weekly team training covering clinical, communication and professional skills

- Minimum of two full professional development days annually

- Tertiary degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current AHPRA registration or eligibility for registration
- Current Working with Children Check or ability to obtain one
- Interest or experience working within paediatric Occupational Therapy
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Commitment to delivering therapy within a neurodiversity-affirming and strengths-based framework
- $90,000 - $120,000 Super
- Paid support, administration and training time
