Description

Our client is a growing paediatric allied health provider supporting children and families through a clinic-based service model. Working within a neurodiversity-affirming and strengths-based framework, the team focuses on helping children build meaningful skills across play, participation, self-care, learning and everyday life.

You will join a multidisciplinary team of Occupational Therapists and Speech Pathologists who value collaboration, clinical excellence and ongoing professional development. With structured supervision, dedicated training and clear career pathways, this is an environment designed to support clinicians at every stage of their career.

About the role

This is a clinic-based paediatric Occupational Therapist position supporting children across all stages of development.

  • Clinic-based service delivery with no travel required
  • Purpose-built therapy environment with your own therapy room and computer
  • Opportunities for joint sessions and multidisciplinary collaboration with Speech Pathologists
  • Weekly case conferences, including discipline-specific and multidisciplinary learning
  • Scheduled administration time built into your week for planning, resource development and professional growth
  • Flexible working arrangements available once established within the team

About You
  • Tertiary degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Current AHPRA registration or eligibility for registration
  • Current Working with Children Check or ability to obtain one
  • Interest or experience working within paediatric Occupational Therapy
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia
  • Commitment to delivering therapy within a neurodiversity-affirming and strengths-based framework
Salary & Benefits
  • $90,000 - $120,000 Super
  • Paid support, administration and training time
