Our client is an established NDIS-registered disability and allied health provider supporting participants across South East Queensland and New South Wales.
The provider delivers Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology and Physiotherapy through a holistic multidisciplinary model. Clinicians can work across clinic and community settings, with caseloads shaped around participant needs, service demand and clinical interests.
About the Role:
This Occupational Therapist position can be structured around a paediatric caseload or a broader mixed-age NDIS caseload.
Your week may include:
- Clinic-based therapy from the South Brisbane clinic
- Home, community and other participant-based visits
- Supporting NDIS participants from childhood through to older adulthood
- Paediatric, mental health, disability and generalist Occupational Therapy work, depending on your experience and interests
- Working alongside Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists and Physiotherapists
- A mix of clinic and community appointments based on participant needs
- Access to fleet vehicles for community visits
- Regular supervision from experienced senior therapists
- Opportunities for experienced OTs to provide supervision and mentoring
- Choose between a paediatric focus or a broader mixed-age NDIS caseload
- Established multidisciplinary team across OT, Speech Pathology and Physiotherapy
- Supervision available for early-career and experienced clinicians
- Mentoring and supervision opportunities for senior OTs
- $2,000 annual professional development allowance
- Four CPD leave days per year, subject to confirmation
- Friday team learning, including case discussions, discipline meetings and clinical updates
- Dedicated paediatric team meetings and interest-based learning opportunities
- Fleet vehicles available for community appointments
- Balanced KPI expectations with an incentive program for billings above target
- Caseload delivery shaped between clinic and community settings
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- Current AHPRA registration
- Current driver’s licence
- Australian working rights
- Earn from $85,000 - $120,000 + super!
- $2,000 annual PD allowance
- Four CPD leave days per year

- Weekly team meetings, case discussions and multidisciplinary learning
