This is a great fit for an Occupational Therapist (OT) who enjoys building strong relationships with families, working in a collaborative MDT, and wants a role with proper admin time, flexibility and clear progression.
Why You’ll LOVE this Role:

- Multiple northside clinic locations
- 9-day fortnight for full-time staff: 76 hours across 9 working days

- Termly team events and regular Friday team catch-ups
- Low turnover and a genuinely stable team culture
You will support a paediatric caseload in a clinic-based setting, working closely with children, families and other clinicians to deliver practical, individualised therapy.
The service has a strong focus on parent relationships, education and creating genuine allied health hubs for families across Brisbane’s northside.
Clients may be supported across:
- Clinic settings
- Home or community settings, where suitable and by clinician choice
- Parent coaching and education
- Functional skill development
- Sensory processing
- Emotional regulation

There is also clear room to grow. As the Aspley clinic scales and more services come online, there is genuine scope for the right OT to move into senior or team lead responsibilities.
