Our client is an established paediatric allied health provider supporting children, young people and families across Brisbane and the Gold Coast.
The organisation delivers Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Psychology, assessments and family support through a collaborative, family-centred model. Clinicians work alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team, with on-site clinical leadership, discipline-aligned supervision and full administration support.
About the Role
This is a paediatric Occupational Therapist position supporting children and young people aged 0 to 18, along with their families and key stakeholders.
Your role may include:
- Delivering primarily clinic-based Occupational Therapy
- Supporting children across fine and gross motor development, sensory processing, play, participation and functional goals
- Completing functional and developmental assessments where appropriate
- Working with NDIS, privately funded and Medicare-supported clients
- Collaborating with Speech Pathologists, Psychologists and other members of the multidisciplinary team
- Completing reports and non-face-to-face clinical work, which count towards billable expectations
- Providing home, school or centre visits where clinically required
- Working within a family-centred model that aims to coordinate multiple therapy disciplines in one location
- Fortnightly discipline-aligned clinical supervision
- Monthly clinical management support focused on calendar planning and work-life balance
- On-site clinical leadership across the multidisciplinary team
- Balanced KPI expectations, with report writing included in billable hours
- Strong referral demand across established Brisbane and Gold Coast clinics
- Individual development planning and access to clinical resources and assessment tools
- Full administration support, allowing clinicians to focus on service delivery
- Flexible work options available, subject to team and service requirements

- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
- Eligibility to work in Australia
- Salary from $80,000 - $115,000 + super
