Occupational Therapist | Salary up to $120k! | Community/Mobile

Greenslopes, Queensland

Details

briefcase-regular-1   Work Type: Permanent

square-dollar-regular   Salary Range: $100,001 - $120,000

heart-circle-plus-regular   Whats on Offer:

Description

Our client is seeking experienced Occupational Therapists to join their mobile allied health team across Brisbane.

This is a great opportunity if you want genuine flexibility, autonomy and choice over the type of OT work you do. You will be joining a clinician-led, mobile allied health provider that is run by health professionals, with a strong focus on sustainable workloads, achievable KPIs and keeping clinicians long-term.

This is not a clinic-based role. You will deliver therapy in the community, supporting clients in their homes and everyday environments across NDIS, aged care, home care, paediatrics and adult disability.

The key difference? You can choose the caseload that suits you. Whether you want to focus fully on paediatrics, work with adults, build a community aged care caseload or keep things varied with a mixed caseload, our client can shape the role around your clinical strengths and interests.

Why You’ll LOVE this Role:

  • Salary up to $120,000 super, based on experience
  • Excellent bonus structure for exceeding targets
  • Achievable KPI structure comensurate with salary expectations
  • Choose your caseload or referral preferences where possible
  • Work across NDIS, aged care, home care, paediatrics, adult disability or a mixed community caseload
  • Fully mobile role across Brisbane and surrounding suburbs - travel capped at 30-mins from home
  • Complete flexibility around how you structure your week
  • Join a medium-sized, clinician-led provider that is completely run by health professionals
  • Established referral base across the Brisbane region
  • Clinical Practice Leads across each discipline
  • Monthly team catch-ups to stay connected without unnecessary meetings
  • Support from a broader MDT including Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and Behaviour Support Practitioners
  • Strong staff retention
  • A genuine clinician-first model focused on culture, flexibility, pay, systems and the right fit
Your Role:

You will work as a mobile Community Occupational Therapist across Brisbane (travel capped at 30-mins from home), with full flexibility to build the caseload that suits you best.

This could be:
  • Full paediatrics
  • Adult NDIS
  • Community aged care
  • Home care
  • A mixed lifespan caseload
  • Or a tailored mix across NDIS, aged care and community clients
Rather than being placed into a set caseload, our client will work with you to understand the type of work you enjoy, the clients you want to support and the clinical areas you want to grow in.

Depending on your preferences, you may support clients with:
  • Functional Capacity Assessments
  • Assistive Technology
  • Home modifications
  • Falls prevention and safety assessments
  • Daily living skills
  • Capacity building
  • Paediatric therapy
  • Adult disability support
  • Aged care assessments
  • Therapy in homes and community environments
This role would suit an Occupational Therapist who wants proper autonomy, a flexible mobile role and the ability to do the kind of OT work they actually enjoy.

Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • Full AHPRA registration
  • Minimum 2 years’ clinical experience as an Occupational Therapist
  • Comfortable working in a mobile/community-based role
  • Confidence managing a caseload with autonomy
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia
  • Driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
