The team currently consists of six Occupational Therapists, supporting NDIS and community-based services. With continued growth they are looking for a clinician who can help shape the next stage of the team's development.

You will provide leadership, coaching and supervision to a small team while maintaining a reduced clinical caseload.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage a small NDIS caseload with billables are reduced for each clinician managed
- Further reductions can be considered depending on team requirements and leadership workload
- FCA's and complex assessments can form part of your clinical workload if preferred
- Clinical supervision and mentoring
- Supporting clinicians with complex cases
- Facilitating professional development
- Monitoring service quality and documentation standards
- Supporting onboarding and development of new clinicians
- Ongoing opportunities to contribute to service development
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- AHPRA registration
- Minimum 4 years clinical experience
- Previous supervision or mentoring experience highly regarded
- Unrestricted Australian working rights
- Driver's licence and vehicle
