E4 People are seeking experienced Registered Nurses with Operating Theatre experience for travel contracts across Australia. We have opportunities available across ACT, Queensland, Northern Territory, New South Wales and Western Australia, with a variety of contract lengths, shift patterns, specialties and locations available.

- Opportunities across public and private hospitals in ACT, QLD, NT, NSW, SA and WA
- Exposure to a wide range of hospitals, specialties and theatre environments
- Weekly pay (Every Thursday or Friday – depending on who you bank with)
- Dedicated support from your E4 People Candidate Manager (before, during and after your contract)
- Gaining experience working in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities
- Work within a Scrub/Scout, Anaesthetic and/or PACU capacity, depending on your experience
- Provide safe, high-quality patient care throughout the perioperative journey
- Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary theatre team
- Maintain accurate documentation across multiple healthcare systems
- Complete effective handover to permanent and contract nursing teams
- Escalate concerns appropriately to the Nurse Unit Manager, Team Leader or Charge Nurse
- Practice in accordance with relevant nursing standards, legislation, policies and clinical guidelines applicable to the state or territory
- Bachelor of Nursing Degree
- Current AHPRA registration (No restrictions)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience within operating theatres
- Relevant theatre competencies and experience in your area of specialty
- Basic Life Support certificate
- Police Check within the last 12 months
- Full Australian working rights
- Ability to provide two professional references (1x Manager last 3 months)
