Our client is an established multidisciplinary allied health provider in Baulkham Hills, supporting children and families through a whole-child, family-centred approach.
The clinic has been operating since 2017 and brings together Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Psychologists, Exercise Physiologists and Therapy Assistants. With around 20 clinicians and support staff, the team works collaboratively around shared goals, with many children accessing multiple disciplines.
The service has a strong focus on autism, neurodiversity-affirming practice and meaningful outcomes for children and families.
About the Role
This is a clinic-based Occupational Therapist role supporting a paediatric caseload.
Your week may include:
- Clinic-based Occupational Therapy within a dedicated therapy environment
- Supporting children with autism, ADHD, Down syndrome, intellectual disability and other developmental presentations
- Working collaboratively with Speech Pathologists, Psychologists, Exercise Physiologists and other clinicians
- Shared goal setting and coordinated intervention for children accessing multiple services
- Therapy within a neurodiversity-affirming and trauma-informed framework
- Access to a dedicated sensory gym and broader social connection programs
- A fully clinic-based model, reducing the need for regular travel between appointments
- Opportunities to contribute to a collaborative multidisciplinary environment

This role would suit an OT who wants a predominantly paediatric autism caseload while having regular access to other allied health disciplines around them.
You will have access to:
- An established multidisciplinary team of approximately 20 staff
- Discipline-specific OT leadership and support from an experienced OT Team Captain

- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- Minimum 1 year postgraduate experience
- Current AHPRA registration
- Experience supporting children with autism or other developmental presentations
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Salary from $90,000 - $115,000 + Super
