Join a growing paediatric OT practice in Sydney's North Shore, supporting children and families mostly from their clinic but also osccasionally at homes and schools. This is an excellent opportunity for an Occupational Therapist who enjoys working with children, values strong mentorship and wants to develop specialist skills within a supportive and highly structured team.

The service supports a predominantly paediatric caseload, with the ability to work from the clinic and see clients within the community at schools and homes. With a well-established referral network and a collaborative team culture, clinicians are given the support to grow while also being encouraged to develop confidence as a clinician.

The role:
  • Manage a predominantly paediatric caseload aged approximately 3-16 years
  • Deliver therapy across clinic, school, home and community settings
  • Complete assessments, intervention and report writing
  • Work with children presenting with ASD and a range of developmental disabilities
  • Collaborate closely with families, educators and support networks
  • Maintain a sustainable billable target of 20 hours per week
Support and development:

This practice has built a reputation around developing clinicians, regardless of experience level. Their early career Occupational Therapists receive significant support through structured onboarding, mentoring and regular supervision, while experienced clinicians are encouraged to further develop specialist skills and leadership capabilities.

The leadership team includes a Team Leader, with more than 15 years of industry experience who remains heavily involved in mentoring and clinician development.
