Join a well-established paediatric allied health service in Sydney’s Inner West, delivering therapy across clinic and community settings. This is a great opportunity for a paediatric Occupational Therapist who wants variety in their week, strong clinical support and a team with real structure behind it.

- Deliver assessments, intervention and report writing
- Provide therapy in the clinic, as well as preschools, schools and occasionally home settings
- Work closely with children, families and key stakeholders
- Deliver therapy that is practical, individualised and based in children’s everyday environments
- Use telehealth where clinically appropriate
- Be part of a multidisciplinary team with strong internal support
This is a team with solid systems and a clear support structure in place. Team Leaders manage therapist teams and provide day-to-day guidance, with senior leadership across both OT and Speech.
Professional development is a genuine focus. Clinicians receive a PD allowance, study leave, quarterly learning days and regular discipline-specific meetings. Each therapist also has an individual L&D plan, reviewed every 3-6 months, to support growth in the right areas.
There are also clear internal pathways into leadership, supervision and project-based responsibilities for clinicians wanting to progress.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- Full AHPRA registration
- Previous paediatric OT experience
- Full Australian working rights
- Driver’s licence and access to a car
