Our client is an established paediatric allied health provider supporting children, families and schools across Brisbane. The team delivers Occupational Therapy and Speech Pathology through clinic, school, kindy, home, community and online settings.

The provider has strong relationships with local schools and uses a practical, strengths-based approach focused on helping children live, learn, play, communicate and participate. You will join a team of approximately 11 Occupational Therapists and four Speech Pathologists, with access to regular supervision, structured professional development and a broader multidisciplinary clinician network.

About the Role:

This is a paediatric Occupational Therapist position supporting children aged 0 to 18 years across a mixed clinic, school and community-based service model.

Your week may include:

  • Clinic-based therapy
  • Regular therapy within local schools and kindergartens
  • Home and community visits
  • Supporting children with ASD, ADHD, DCD, developmental differences, sensory processing needs, genetic conditions and other complex needs
  • Working with NDIS-funded and privately funded clients
  • Therapy focused on functional participation across home, education and community environments
  • A caseload shaped around your preferred age groups and clinical interests where possible
  • Full-time, part-time or casual employment options
Newer clinicians are supported to experience different settings before refining their preferred caseload and therapy delivery model.

The team comes together each Friday for meetings, supervision and whole-team development activities.

Why this Role:
  • Join an established paediatric team of approximately 11 OTs and four Speech Pathologists
  • Weekly one-to-one supervision for new graduates, generally around one hour per week
  • Experienced clinicians can commence with weekly supervision before moving to fortnightly once established
  • Weekly group supervision facilitated by senior Occupational Therapists
  • Regular monthly supervision with Mental Health Occupational Therapists
  • Structured 10-month graduate program combining online learning and multi-day development blocks
  • Annual professional development week held across four days in January
  • Access to broader multidisciplinary learning and professional development opportunities
  • Strong existing school relationships and established referral demand
  • Flexibility to work across clinic, school, kindy, home and community environments
  • Incentive program available for billings above target
  • Travel allowance paid fortnightly
  • Flexible permanent full-time, permanent part-time and casual options
About You:
  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • Current AHPRA registration
  • Current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain one
  • Current driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Australian working rights
  • Willingness to provide therapy across clinic, school and community settings
Salary & Benefits:
  • Salary from $80,000 - $110,000 + super + fortnightly bonus!
  • Incentive program for billings achieved above target
  • Travel allowance paid fortnightly
  • Weekly group OT supervision
  • Weekly one-to-one supervision for new graduates
  • Ongoing one-to-one supervision for experienced clinicians
  • Structured 10-month graduate program
  • Annual January professional development week
  • Monthly Mental Health OT supervision
  • Broader multidisciplinary professional development opportunities
  • Flexible full-time, part-time and casual employment options
What’s on Offer:

This is an opportunity to join an established paediatric provider where school-based therapy, clinical supervision and professional development are genuine parts of the working model.

Whether you are beginning your OT career or bringing established paediatric experience, the team can provide structured support while allowing you to develop a caseload aligned with your clinical interests.

About E4 People:

E4 People has been a specialist healthcare recruitment partner since 2012. Over the past decade, we have built deep relationships across allied health, aged care and hospital settings throughout Australia.

When you work with us, you get more than a single job opening. You get a recruiter who understands the sector, knows the leadership teams, and can talk honestly about culture, career pathways and where your skills will be valued.

What this looks like in practice:
  • A dedicated consultant who works with you on your career, not just this role
  • Honest market insight on salary, growth and where the sector is moving
  • Discreet, professional handling at every stage
  • We do not share your details without permission
  • Ongoing support post-placement, because the right fit matters longer than the offer date
If this sounds like the right environment for the next stage of your clinical career, we would love to hear from you.
