Dee Why, New South Wales

Details

briefcase-regular-1   Work Type: Permanent

square-dollar-regular   Salary Range: $90,001 - $100,000

heart-circle-plus-regular   Whats on Offer:

Description

With a team of Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Psychologists and more, this practice has supported more than 40,000 children through evidence-based, family-centred care — while building a workplace culture that genuinely prioritises clinician wellbeing and long-term career growth.

If you’re looking for a supportive paediatric OT role where collaboration, mentoring and work-life balance are genuinely valued, this Northern Beaches clinic could be an excellent fit.

Why Join This Team?

  • Salary from $90,000 – $115,000  super bonus incentives
  • Early finish Fridays every week (12pm finish!)
  • Flexible full-time or part-time options
  • Structured mentoring and supervision built into your week
  • Experienced paediatric MDT environment
  • Fortnightly multidisciplinary learning sessions
  • Regular team development days
  • Strong operational and leadership support
  • Long-standing and stable organisation
  • Genuine focus on clinician wellbeing and sustainability
About the role

You’ll be joining an experienced paediatric multidisciplinary team supporting children and families across a varied clinic-based caseload.

The role offers strong collaboration across Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Psychology and Education, with a highly supportive structure designed to help clinicians continue developing their skills without burnout.

This clinic values quality care, realistic expectations and creating meaningful outcomes for children and families.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Delivering paediatric Occupational Therapy services
  • Supporting children with emotional regulation, sensory and functional goals
  • Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Building strong relationships with children and families
  • Participating in mentoring, supervision and team learning sessions
  • Contributing to a positive and supportive clinic culture
The Team Culture

The clinic believes clinicians are people first and practitioners second.

They have intentionally created a culture focused on support, collaboration and sustainability — where experienced clinicians are valued, mentoring is prioritised and quality care always comes before unrealistic pressure.

This is a team looking for Occupational Therapists who genuinely care about making a positive contribution and want to be part of a connected, values-driven workplace.

Requirements
  • Full Australian working rights
  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • AHPRA registered
  • Minimum 1 year experience working with children
