Our client is a growing multidisciplinary allied health provider delivering Occupational Therapy and Speech Pathology services to children and families. Their team currently includes Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, and administration, creating a collaborative environment where clinicians work closely together to achieve meaningful outcomes.

About the Role
Your role will include:
- Predominantly neurodivergent paediatric caseload, including many autistic children
- Therapy focused on fine motor development, sensory needs and functional participation
- Approximately 50% clinic-based and 50% school-based visits
- School visits only with no home visits
- No home visits required
- Flexible hours across 3 or 4 days if preferred
- Weekly clinical supervision with experienced clinicians
- Opportunity to increase hours as referrals continue to grow
- Weekly clinical supervision and ongoing mentoring
- Monthly multidisciplinary case conferences
- Monthly team meetings
- Quarterly internal PD and team culture days
- External presenters and funded training opportunities
- $2,000 annual professional development budget
- Incentive payments available above KPI targets
- Flexible hybrid working with paperwork completed from home
- Strong multidisciplinary collaboration across OT and Speech Pathology
- Growing practice with plans to expand into larger premises
- Bachelor of Occupational Therapy
- Current AHPRA registration (or eligible for registration as a new graduate)
- Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current Australian driver's licence
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
- New graduates and early career clinicians are encouraged to applyn
- $85,000 - $110,000 Super
