Description
This role in Kellyville is within a well-established paediatric OT service focused on properly supporting their clinicians to build their career. The clinical model is highly supportive, with 1:1 and group supervision, mentoring from senior clinicians, regular internal PD, and a generous PD allowance. The clinic itself is purpose-built and play-based, creating an engaging environment for child-focused therapy.

- Deliver paediatric occupational therapy assessment and intervention for children with a range of developmental, sensory, motor and regulation needs
- Work mainly from the clinic, with some sessions in educational settings
- Support children with presentations including autism, ADHD / ADD, sensory processing differences, fine motor and gross motor delays, coordination challenges, motor planning difficulties, handwriting difficulties, emotional regulation needs and daily living skill development
- Complete assessments, goal planning, intervention planning and report writing
- Partner closely with parents and caregivers, with a strong emphasis on practical support and coaching
- Provide therapy that is engaging, child-centred and focused on real-world outcomes
- Contribute within a service that may also offer group-based support, dyad sessions and telehealth where clinically suitable

That may include leadership, mentoring, projects, onboarding support or further development in niche clinical areas.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- Full AHPRA registration
- Paediatric OT experience preferred
- Full Australian working rights
- Driver’s licence
