Our client is an established not-for-profit allied health provider with services across NSW, supporting children, young people and families through early childhood, therapy and behavioural support services.
The organisation has a strong community focus and provides therapy and support across clinic, school and community settings. The therapy team works across three Sydney offices alongside Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Behaviour Support Practitioners and other allied health professionals.
Multiple office locations available across the Hills District and Northern Sydney suburbs.
About the Role
This is an Occupational Therapist position supporting a generalist paediatric caseload, with some young adult clients, across clinic, school and community settings.
Your week may include:
- Supporting children and young people with a broad range of developmental and functional needs
- Working across clinic, school, home and community settings
- A mix of face-to-face therapy, via the clinic, community and telehealth
- School-based sessions followed by office or telehealth work where appropriate
- Caseload allocation shaped around your experience, clinical skills and areas of interest
- Working from the office around 1 to 2 days per week, particularly during your initial settling-in period
- Flexible work arrangements, including the potential to work from home for part of the week
- Full-time hours, with flexibility around start and finish times and the option of a 9-day fortnight where required
- Travel between client locations, with kilometres, tolls and parking reimbursed

- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- Current AHPRA registration
- Minimum 4 years experience as an Occupational Therapist
- Experience working with children and/or young people in paediatric or community settings
- Current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
- $90,000 - $115,000 + super, with some flexibility based on experience
- Salary packaging available as they're a not-for-profit organisation
- Additional 5 days of paid leave over the Christmas and New Year period
