About the Role

This is primarily a clinic-based paediatric Occupational Therapist position supporting children with a broad range of developmental needs, with some sessions delivered across schools and preschools.

Your role will include:

• Deliver paediatric Occupational Therapy assessment and intervention
• Support children with autism, ADHD/ADD, sensory processing differences, developmental delay, motor planning challenges, handwriting difficulties, emotional regulation needs and daily living skills
• Complete assessments, goal setting, intervention planning and clinical reports
• Partner closely with parents and caregivers through practical coaching and education
• Deliver engaging, child-centred therapy focused on meaningful everyday outcomes
• Work mainly within the purpose-built clinic, with some visits to schools and preschools
• Opportunity to contribute to group programs, dyad sessions and telehealth where clinically appropriate
• Structured onboarding with a gradual increase in caseload and dedicated induction support

• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
• Current AHPRA registration
• Experience or a strong interest in paediatric Occupational Therapy
• Full Australian working rights

• $85,000 to $115,000 super
