Our client is a well-established multidisciplinary allied health provider with more than 25 years supporting children, families and the wider community. Known for its family-centred, neurodiversity-affirming approach, the team delivers Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Music Therapy, Feeding Therapy and Allied Health Assistant services within a highly collaborative model of care.
With an established Speech Pathology team and significant investment into expanding Occupational Therapy services, this is an excellent opportunity to join a practice where multidisciplinary collaboration is genuinely embedded. Therapy is delivered primarily from modern clinic locations, alongside selected community, school and outreach services, with a strong focus on empowering families beyond the therapy session.
About the Role:
You will primarily support a paediatric caseload while having the opportunity to contribute to the ongoing growth of adult and aged care services if this aligns with your interests.
Your role will include:
- Predominantly paediatric caseload across neurodivergent children, self-care, emotional regulation, school participation and functional development
- Opportunity to contribute to developing adult and aged care services
- Primarily clinic-based appointments with occasional school and community visits
- Funding streams including NDIS, Medicare, private health and private clients
- 50-minute therapy sessions with 20 minutes allocated for documentation and non face-to-face work
- Report writing and other non face-to-face work can be completed from home
- Full-time position with structured morning and afternoon clinic sessions
- Work alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team including Speech Pathologists, Music Therapists and Allied Health Assistants
- Structured 6-month onboarding program for new graduates
- Weekly supervision for new graduates
- Fortnightly supervision for experienced clinicians
- Support from the Clinical Supervisor and Line Manager for every clinician
- Fortnightly multidisciplinary peer learning groups
- Balanced KPI expectations aligned to career stage
- Strong administrative support through a dedicated Client Care Team
- Established Speech Pathology team with genuine multidisciplinary collaboration
- Leadership opportunities as the Occupational Therapy service continues to grow
- Performance-based leadership pathways rather than tenure-based progression
- Regular team development activities, workshops and professional learning opportunities
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- Current AHPRA registration
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Current Driver Licence
- Current Working with Children Check
- Ability to provide Occupational Therapy services within a family-centred model of care
- $85,000 to $120,000 super
- Flexible work from home for report writing and non face-to-face work
- Weekly or fortnightly structured supervision depending on experience
- Dedicated Clinical Supervisor and Line Manager

- Strong administrative support managing bookings, invoicing and client communication
