Our client is an established paediatric allied health provider in Bella Vista, supporting children and families through a collaborative, multidisciplinary model.
The team has built a strong reputation for clinician support, professional development and long-term career development. You will work alongside Occupational Therapists and Speech Pathologists, with regular supervision, case conferences, team training and multidisciplinary learning built into the way the clinic operates.
About the Role
This is a clinic-based paediatric Occupational Therapist role supporting children and families across assessment and intervention.
Your week may include:
- Paediatric assessment and intervention across a range of presentations and goals
- Clinic-based therapy
- Collaboration with Occupational Therapists and Speech Pathologists
- Weekly case conferences and multidisciplinary learning
- Opportunities to contribute to group programs and joint multidisciplinary sessions
- Scope to develop clinical interest areas
- Dedicated administration time built into your schedule
- No community travel required but available if desired
- Flexible working days and hours once established in the role

- Minimum two full days of professional development annually

- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- Current AHPRA registration
- Minimum 1 year postgraduate Occupational Therapy experience
- Full Australian working rights
- Current Working with Children Check
- Comfortable working within a paediatric clinical setting
- $90,000 to $115,000 + super, tailored to experience
- Well-above-award salary
