You will work alongside Occupational Therapists and Speech Pathologists, with regular supervision, case conferences, team training and multidisciplinary learning built into the way the clinic operates.

About the Role

You will have access to a structured induction and onboarding program, ongoing clinical support and a strong library of clinical resources and training.

Why this Role

  • Weekly 1:1 supervision with a highly skilled Clinical Supervisor
  • Weekly team training and inservices across clinical, communication and professional skills
  • Weekly discipline-specific or multidisciplinary case conferences
  • Structured induction and onboarding support
  • Access to hundreds of hours of online clinical training, inservices and workshops
  • Minimum two full days of professional development annually
  • Clear career pathways across Clinical Education, Leadership and Clinical Specialties
  • Regular wellbeing and support check-ins, including structured check-ins during your first six weeks and each term
  • Opportunities for joint sessions and cross-discipline learning
  • Team development days twice a year
  • A growing, social and collaborative clinical team
  • Group programs, mentoring and future leadership opportunities
About You
  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • Current AHPRA registration
  • Minimum 1 year postgraduate Occupational Therapy experience
  • Full Australian working rights
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Comfortable working within a paediatric clinical setting
Salary & Benefits
  • $90,000 to $115,000 + super, tailored to experience
  • Well-above-award salary
  • Bonus opportunities linked to additional responsibilities or KPIs
  • Flexible working days and hours
  • Clinic-based role with no community travel
  • Dedicated administration time, including at least 3 hours per week
  • Reports included within billed client time
  • Full administrative support
  • Your own therapy room, computer and extensive therapy resources
  • Access to an extensive online resource library
  • Professional development support and structured training
  • Supported career progression pathways
  • Team wellbeing, social and development initiatives
What’s on Offer

If you are looking for a paediatric OT role where weekly supervision, professional development and career progression are genuinely built into the position, this is for you.

You will be joining a team that invests in clinician development and provides the structure and support to help you build confidence, clinical skills and your longer-term career.
