Description

This well-established paediatric allied health provider has built a reputation for supporting children and families in the local community. They have built a strong reputation for delivering evidence-informed therapy within a genuinely supportive team environment. The team works almost exclusively with children from 0 to 18 years and is known for supporting those with developmental disorders, emotional regulation difficulties, sensory needs, trauma backgrounds and challenging behaviours.

Occupational Therapists are encouraged to build broad paediatric skills while also developing a clinical interest area such as feeding or other specialty areas over time.

About the Role

This is a clinic-based paediatric Occupational Therapy position supporting children across a varied developmental caseload.

Your role will include:

  • Supporting children aged 0 to 18 years
  • Primarily NDIS-funded clients with an increasing mix of privately funded families
  • Broad caseload including developmental disorders, emotional regulation, sensory processing, intentional and regulatory disorders, trauma and challenging behaviours
  • Opportunity to develop a clinical specialty aligned with your interests
  • Full-time, 4-day or 3-day arrangements considered
  • Gradual onboarding with a structured increase in caseload to support a successful transition

About You
  • Bachelor of Occupational Therapy
  • Current AHPRA registration
  • Previous experience working as an Occupational Therapist
  • Experience supporting paediatric clients
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Full Australian working rights

  • $90,000 - $115,000 Super
  • Weekly individual supervision
