Description

Our client is a growing paediatric allied health provider supporting children, teens and young adults across South East Queensland.

Their multidisciplinary team includes Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Allied Health Assistants, Podiatrists and an Orthotist, working together to deliver evidence-based, goal-directed therapy that helps children build functional skills and participate more confidently in everyday life.

The clinic near Alexandra Hills is currently seeking a Paediatric Physiotherapist to join an established team supporting children with a wide range of developmental and physical needs. Therapy is delivered across clinic, school, home, community, telehealth and hydrotherapy settings, giving clinicians genuine variety while remaining focused on meaningful functional outcomes.

About the Role:
This role supports children, teens and young adults with a broad paediatric caseload, including:

  • Cerebral palsy
  • Acquired brain injury
  • Global developmental delay
  • Autism Spectrum Disorder
  • ADHD
  • Down syndrome
  • Developmental Coordination Disorder
  • Muscular dystrophy
  • Complex physical disabilities
  • Early intervention for children aged 0 to 6 years
You will:
  • Deliver physiotherapy across clinic, school, home, community, telehealth and hydrotherapy environments
  • Work closely within a multidisciplinary allied health team
  • Develop goal-directed, evidence-based intervention plans
  • Support children and families to achieve meaningful functional outcomes
  • Full-time and part-time arrangements are available with flexible working days where possible

  • Fortnightly clinical supervision, with weekly supervision available for recent graduate Physiotherapists
  • $2,000 annual professional development budget
  • Seven paid professional development days each year, including external and internal learning
  • Strong multidisciplinary collaboration with Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Allied Health Assistants and medical specialists
  • Opportunities to contribute to research projects and university partnerships
  • Flexible working arrangements
  • Well-resourced clinic including climbing wall, Pilates reformers and Universal Exercise Unit
  • Full administration and clinic management support
  • Strong referral demand across the paediatric service
About You:
  • Bachelor of Physiotherapy (or equivalent)
  • Current AHPRA registration
  • Driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Experience in paediatric physiotherapy, or a genuine commitment to building a career in paediatrics
  • Comfortable delivering therapy across clinic and community settings
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia
Salary & Benefits:
  • Salary up to $115,000 super 
  • $2,000 annual professional development budget
  • Seven paid professional development days each year
