Our client is an established paediatric allied health provider supporting children, young people and families across the Gold Coast. The service brings Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy and Psychology together within a multidisciplinary, family-centred model, with families able to access multiple disciplines in one location where possible.

This is a paediatric Speech Pathologist position supporting children and young people aged 0 to 18 years, primarily within a Gold Coast clinic.
Your role will include:
- Paediatric caseload supporting children and young people aged 0 to 18
- Primarily clinic-based assessment and intervention
- Working closely with families, carers and relevant stakeholders
- Collaboration with Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists and Psychologists
- Access to discipline-aligned clinical supervision
- Fortnightly clinical supervision and Speech Pathology case discussions
- Monthly clinical manager supervision focused on workload, calendars and work-life balance
- Access to telehealth and out-of-clinic service delivery where required
About You:
- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- Current SPA membership or eligibility for SPA membership
- Current Working with Children Check
- Working rights in Australia
- Salary from $80,000 to $115,000 + super
