Our client is an established not-for-profit paediatric disability provider supporting children, young people and families across greater Brisbane.
The multidisciplinary team includes Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Dietitians and Allied Health Assistants.

Speech Pathology is a key area of growth, supported by strong referral demand, four Senior Speech Pathologists and a Clinical Lead across the service.
About the Role:
This is a flexible paediatric Speech Pathology position supporting children and young people across a mixed clinic, school, home and telehealth model.
Your role may include:
- Supporting children with developmental delay, physical disability and congenital or genetic conditions
- Assessment and intervention across communication, feeding, swallowing and assistive communication
- Delivering services from community clinic locations across greater Brisbane
- Providing therapy within schools, family homes and community settings
- Using telehealth where appropriate to the child and family
- Working alongside Dietitians, OTs, Physios and Allied Health Assistants
- Planning your own timetable around client needs and service delivery
- Completing administration and invoicing remotely when you are not required onsite
- Reporting to a central Clinical Lead with support available across all service locations
- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- Current SPA membership or eligibility for SPA membership
- Current Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain one
- Current Australian driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Willingness to support children and young people with complex disability across clinic and community settings
- Salaries from $80,000 (New Grads) to $110,000 (experienced clinicians) + super
- Not-for-profit salary packaging
