Description

Our client is a well-established paediatric allied health provider with multiple clinic locations across South East Queensland. They are looking for a Speech Pathologist to join their multidisciplinary team at their North Lakes clinic, supporting children, young people and families through Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Psychology, assessments and family support.

The team works within a collaborative, family-centred model, with therapy delivered in one location where possible. Clinicians work closely across disciplines, with a strong focus on practical support for children aged 0 to 18 and their families.

About the Role:

This is a paediatric Speech Pathologist role based from the North Lakes clinic, supporting children, young people and families across a primarily clinic-based model.

Your week may include:

  • Speech Pathology assessment and intervention for children aged 0 to 18
  • Clinic-based therapy with some home, school or centre visits where required
  • Supporting families, carers and key stakeholders around communication goals
  • Working alongside Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists and Psychologists
  • Contributing to a family-centred and multidisciplinary therapy model
  • Report writing, non-face-to-face work and clinical documentation included within billable expectations
  • Participation in Speech Pathology case discussions and discipline-aligned supervision
The role is suited to a Speech Pathologist who enjoys paediatrics, values MDT collaboration and wants a structured clinical environment with supervision built into the working rhythm.

Why this Role:

This role would suit a clinician looking for a paediatric caseload with strong team support and a clear purpose behind the organisation’s work.

You will have access to:
  • Fortnightly clinical supervision aligned to your discipline
  • Monthly supervision with a clinical manager, including workload, calendar and work-life balance support
  • Fortnightly Speech Pathology case discussions
  • Multidisciplinary support across Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy and Psychology
  • A clinic-based model, reducing unnecessary travel where possible
  • Report writing and non-face-to-face work counted toward billables
  • Individual development planning

  • Full administration support
  • Laptop provided
  • Flexible work options including a 9-day fortnight
  • EAP and wellbeing initiatives
  • Salary packaging options
About You:
  • Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
  • Current SPA membership or eligibility for SPA membership
  • Interest or experience in paediatric Speech Pathology
  • Comfortable supporting children aged 0 to 18 and their families
  • Current Working with Children Check, or ability to obtain one
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia
Salary & Benefits:
  • Earn up to $115,000 super
  • Salary packaging
  • Fortnightly clinical supervision
  • Monthly clinical manager support
  • Fortnightly Speech Pathology case discussions
  • Laptop provided

  • Full administration support
  • EAP access
  • Wellbeing initiatives
  • Annual team day
  • Flexible work options where suitable
What’s on Offer:

If you are looking for a paediatric Speech Pathology role where supervision, team connection and clinical structure are genuinely part of the model, this is worth a conversation.

You will be joining a multidisciplinary team with a strong referral base, a clear family-centred approach and the support of clinical managers who are actively involved in clinician development and workload balance.

About E4 People:

E4 People has been a specialist healthcare recruitment partner since 2012. Over the past decade, we have built deep relationships across allied health, aged care and hospital settings throughout Australia.

When you work with us, you get more than a single job opening. You get a recruiter who understands the sector, knows the leadership teams, and can talk honestly about culture, career pathways and where your skills will be valued.

What this looks like in practice:
  • A dedicated consultant who works with you on your career, not just this role
  • Honest market insight on salary, growth and where the sector is moving
  • Discreet, professional handling at every stage
  • We do not share your details without permission
  • Ongoing support post-placement, because the right fit matters longer than the offer date
If this sounds like the right environment for the next stage of your clinical career, we would love to hear from you.
